1. We use UPS to ship all of our
Products, shipping charges are added to the order during the checkout
process. You can track your order using the UPS tracking tool. 2.
Import taxes, duties and other such extra charges are the
responsibility of the customer. 3. The customer must report any damage
to your package immediately to the delivery company and pursue any
further actions with them. After you report the damage to the carrier,
notify us as well, so that we can ship replacements for the damaged
items to you and assist you with your claim against the carrier. 4. UPS
orders are shipped within two business days following your order.

Our products are designed to give complete satisfaction or return unused portion for a complete refund. Liability shall not exceed purchase price.
